About Us
Niagara Arms Retirement Hotel and Residence is located in the City of
St. Catharines, at the intersection of the QEW and Niagara Street. We
offer all the comforts to which you are accustomed, in a warm home-like
atmosphere. Our staff is dedicated to providing the personal attention
that you require at any care level.
Niagara Arms Retirement Hotel and Residence is a privately owned corporation
under the direction of an appointed Board of Directors.
Management of Niagara Arms is interested in the ideas and comments of
our resident's, their families and visitors. Suggestions are always welcome.
Meeting with our resident's can and will be held whenever requested by
the resident and/or their family, as your opinions are of value to our
staff in dealing with each individual resident's needs and their concerns
or problems.
We believe in quality of service and are genuinely interested in our
residents' comments - the criticism as well as the praise.
